Team Shaman: Level 63/64 to 66/67

I was hoping I can hit 70 from level 63/64 but I only ended up at level 66/67. Azhat is 66, Azzhat and Aszhat are 68. They were escorted by my 70 Prot Paladin, and a 70 Frost Mage.

Since my goal was to get to 70, I also wanted to be honored in the factions where I can get my starter PvP gear. I am relady honored in Thrallmar and Cenarion Expedition at this point.

I started doing the Terrokar Forest quest doing the quests in Stonebreaker Hold, Refugee Caravan, and Sha'Tari Base Camp. I then completed all the quests in Mana Tombs, Auchendai Crypt, Sethekk Halls, and even the first boss in Shadow Labs. I hit honored in Lower City.

I also did one clearing of Underbog and Slave Pens for the quests for quests.

I started doing the Nagrand quests when I stopped last night.

After I do most of the Nagrand quests, I will do the Keepers of Time quests.

Mana Tombs

I tried 3-box Mana Tombs before with Prot Paladin, Holy Paladin and Shadow Priest and it sucked bad, being under-manned, under-powered in dps, and under-levelled.

Enter the 70 Prot Paladin, 70 Frost Mage, 64 Resto Shaman, and 2x 65 Elemental Shamans. It was a breeze. I actually cleared it twice.

Pandamonius was the first boss, a huge void walker who does shadow damage and some spell reflect.

The second boss was some rock giant and my dps output was more than his thread to kill my tank.

The last boss, Shafar had these orb adds. I died the first attempt because one of the shamans kept running forward and I was not done with the pre-setup. The next attempt killed the 4 guys and my tank finished the last 5%.

Sethekk Halls

I actually did Sethekk Halls next because it had quests associated with it. The first boss Syth was easy.

The last boss was a bitch. I wiped at least 5 times versus that last boss. His Arcane Explosion kills the 3 Shamans on follow, just too slow to hide behind the pillars. I fixed this issue by positioning my guys to strafe against a pillar, and it worked enough for them to dps and survive a few Aracane Eplosions. It took some focus fire lightning bolts, elemental pets, and lots of chain heals.

Underbog & Slave Pens

I went and did Underbog and loaded my Rogue Herbalist to pick up Sangiune Hibiscus after.

And then I did Slave Pebs with ease. The first Boss, Menuu was not bad as I thought. I can't tell if my totem killing macro worked because I just manually target it with my tank and have everyone assist.

Rockmar was easy also, with 3 shamans able to heal, and I only got one grievous wound when he died.

The clear to Quagmirran was harder. Those 5-packs were somewhat of a threat. But I had the mage sheep one using focus target, and I just burned down one target at a time with generous Tremor and Grounding Totems.

Auchenai Crypts

I went to the Crypts next without any quests and I was impressed with my team. The spawned adds just dissintergrate with chainlightning and frost shocks. I had no tactic when dealing with bosses so I just brute force dps and chain heal as needed.

I was also hoping the Raging Skeleton would drop the 12 agility boots enchant, but no luck. Myabe next time?

Shadow Labs

My Lower City faction was close to Honored by the time I hit Shadow Labs, and I went in to kill the first boss. Man, that fight was nuts due to fear and miss tremor totems. My strat worked when I fought the boss in the end of the hall in his pathing. From there, it's easy to orient the boss and the shamans to face the right way.
